How can I support you today?
I’m a certified Master Healing Coach, specializing in helping people fully recover, heal and integrate back into their lives after going through trauma. I know and believe that nervous system regulation, healing and recovery are fully possible for anyone who has been through any kind of trauma, no matter how big or small. I provide a safe space for you to explore what healing and recovery looks and feels like and help you to begin to reimagine a healthy, thriving life for yourself. I use a combination of science-based mindfulness and coaching techniques, self-directed compassion tools and deep, empathic listening to curate a healing space and environment for my clients.
How do I know that this is possible?
Having a highly-sensitive nervous system is a blessing - but it can feel like a curse, I know. Does this sound like you? I’ve learned to navigate, survive and thrive in the world through the challenges of processing the world on a highly-sensitive level. Now, my passion is to help my clients heal their nervous systems and discover their innate gifts, talents and purpose - especially if those gifts and talents have been blurred or hidden through trauma.
First, you heal. Then, you integrate the healing. Then, you begin to thrive.
Not only do I believe this is possible, I know it is, right down the level of my cells. I know that you can go from being stuck and frozen in overwhelm to healing and eventually thriving, in a span of time that is probably shorter than you would think or feel to be possible. Why? Because that was me. Now, I’m thriving.
